What This Is
Chell Brown LLC is a Boston holding company and the entity behind The Normal People Economy. It runs two arms. Marketing And Sales Help builds revenue systems for service businesses. Dynastic Publishing makes music and documentary style work about money in America. One idea, two expressions: normal people deserve better tools and a bigger cut.
The Founder
Adam ‘Ace’ Spencer grew up in Wellesley, went to Bates, and took the long way from there. He’s sold software as an AE and a sales director. He’s coached families through money problems at a nonprofit. He’s played Tetris with furniture for a living. He shoots photo and video for hire, everything from surprise proposals and birthday parties to company events and headshots. Same guy, whole time.
That range is the company. You can’t build revenue systems for small operators unless you’ve been one. You can’t make honest media about money unless you’ve been on both sides of it, and it doesn’t hurt that the guy making the documentary already shoots for a living. Chell Brown exists because Adam kept doing all of it and stopped pretending they were separate careers.
The Two Arms
MASH is the business arm. Revenue systems for service businesses: pipeline, follow-up, and the plumbing that turns good work into paid work. Its freemium product is My MASH Card. Start there if you run a service business and your leads keep leaking.
Dynastic Publishing is the creative arm. Music under Almighty Adam and Warren Stuffett. The Normal People Economy documentary series, in production under Dynastic Media, on how income and wealth actually work for the people who have the least of both.
Chell Brown also operates AdamHelper, a Boston moving and labor service provider.
